Managed diverse responsibilities—from curriculum deployment and student coaching to event organization and school engagement—to instill crucial life lessons through a football-based educational initiative.
Work Details
Program Management: Implemented a life skills-based football curriculum across 26 schools in Mumbai.​
Training Oversight: Conducted monthly training sessions to ensure effective program implementation aligned with the curriculum.
Administrative Operations: Managed admission inquiries, email communication, inventory tracking, and equipment procurement for the city-wide program.​
Payroll Management: Calculated salaries, handled disbursements, and maintained payroll records.
Coaching: Mentored and coached 20 students for an U14 football team, aligning coaching strategies with the curriculum goals.​
Recruitment: Interviewed and onboarded coaches and interns to train students across various locations in the city.
Event Coordination: Orchestrated friendly games, open football tournaments, and managed logistics involving ground operations, catering, interns, and event coordination.​
Stakeholder Management: Gathered biweekly updates, feedback, and data from stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness.
School Engagement: Presented and engaged with 23 schools in Mumbai to advocate and enroll them into the program.
