Content Creation: Developed and produced tailored video content utilizing Zaya's software for specific curriculums.​

 

Information Management: Established a robust knowledge management system, optimizing accessibility and usability. Utilized Salesforce for data organization and accessibility.

 

Marketing Oversight: Managed the organization's social media presence and external communications, ensuring consistent and impactful outreach.​

 

Website & CSR Management: Maintained and updated the website while engaging with potential partners and clients interested in fundraising through the foundation.

 

Culture Building: Orchestrated and executed team-building activities, fostering a cohesive and productive culture within the organization.

 

Talent Acquisition: Conducted interviews and facilitated the hiring process for multiple roles, including content development and operations.​

 

Content Development: Produced, proofread, and edited case studies, blogs, and content for external presentations and documentation.
