Information Management: Developed a knowledge management system, optimizing it for usability. Leveraged Gsuite tools and other software for enhanced organizational productivity.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Established a robust monitoring and evaluation system using Salesforce and TaskRay, designed for comprehensive data collection and analysis.
Operations & Logistics: Oversaw all internal and external operations, ranging from vendor and teacher onboarding to collaborating with NGOs across multiple cities, ensuring target achievement.
Partnership Development: Forged alliances with education tool vendors and organizations supporting teachers, strengthening the foundation and expanding its network.
Culture Cultivation: Designed and executed team-building initiatives, fostering a cohesive and productive culture among all employees.
Talent Acquisition: Conducted recruitment processes, interviewing and hiring individuals across diverse roles, from marketing to fundraising, to build a skilled workforce.
